3 Simple Steps to using the Custom CAD Modeler:

Step 1.
Enter values in the table for all dimensions shown in the chart. Use 'Dimension Limits' column to assist in selecting a usable value. Moving top to bottom through the table works best.

Step 2.
Click 'Build 3D Model' button once there is a checkmark for every dimension in the Status column.

Step 3.
Select Download Options. Done!

A Wheel Pilot Diameter 65.00 Dimension A has an available range from 57 - 65 mm. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
B Brake Pilot Diameter 70.00 Dimension B has an available range from 61 - 70 mm, but must be at least 2 mm greater than A. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
C Bolt Circle Diameter 120.00 Dimension C has an available range from 101.6 - 120 mm, but must be at least 40.6 mm greater than B. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
D Flange Diameter 150.00 Dimension D has an available range from 127.7 - 150 mm, but must be at least 26.1 mm greater than C. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
E Knuckle Pilot Diameter 97.00
 Dimension E has an available range from 87 - 97 mm. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
F Outer Ring Bolt Circle 125.00 Dimension F has an available range from 110 mm - 125 mm, but must be at least 23 mm greater than E. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
G Outer Ring Flange Dia.** 165.00 Dimension G has an available range from 140 - 165 mm, but must be at least 30 mm greater than F. See Dimension G - Diagram by clicking button above the table. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
H Brake Pilot Length 6.00 Dimension H has an available range from 4 - 6 mm. Click on down arrow beside 'Select' to make your selection. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
J Total Flange Pilot Length 22.00 Dimension J has an available range from 17.5 - 22 mm, but must be at least 13.5 mm greater than H. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
K Hub Flange Width 13.00
 Dimension J has an available range from 17.5 - 22 mm, but must be at least 13.5 mm greater than H. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
L Outer Ring Flange Width 15.00 Dimension L has an available range from 12.5 - 15 mm. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative. If your requirements fall outside any of these limits, please call your Best Bearing Representative.
